1 Coverage

These Terms of Use apply to any use of this site provided by TECA Oy ("TECA" or "we"). These terms of use may be supplemented or modified as the business changes. Use of this site is deemed to constitute acceptance of the current version of the Terms of Use.

2 Services

The teca.fi site contains company-related information and services for viewing and downloading. We reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the teca.fi site at any time. Due to the nature of the Internet and computer systems, we are not responsible for the continued availability of teca.fi.

3 Saving and using visitor and customer information

We record personal data sent through forms or email via teca.fi for our sales and marketing use. We can freely contact you based on the contact information provided.

We keep the data as long as it is necessary in the business sense. The applications and services we use may also be located outside the EU. However, we will not disclose or sell personal information to any third party.

3.1 Registration, storage and use of registered customer information

Some pages on teca.fi may be password protected. Only registered users can access such pages because of security and encryption of business-related transactions. We reserve the right to prevent any user from registering. Upon registration, the user will receive access codes consisting of a user name and password ("user data"). At the first visit, the user must change the password to a new password that is only known by the user.

The user must ensure that third parties cannot access the user information. He / she is responsible for payment transactions and other actions made with his / her own username. After each use, the user must log out of the password protected area. If and when a user discovers that third parties use his or her user information without permission, the user must immediately notify us in writing and by email if possible. In this case, we can block access to the password-protected area with these user data. The user can only re-enter the area by a new application or by re-registering. The User may request the cancellation of his registration at any time in writing, insofar as the deletion does not infringe the proper continuation of the contractual relationship. In this case, we will remove all user data and other personal information about the user as soon as this information is no longer needed.

We do not use personal information for marketing and advertising purposes unless the contact person has specifically authorized this use. However, we may disclose important changes, updates, or other topical issues related to the service or product being sold, such as a new version of the product or a service failure. We may freely contact you on the basis of the contact information you provide to make a quotation or trade.

We will only store personal information about quotations and orders made through our pages for our own sales use. Personal information is used, including but not limited to making a quotation, confirming a purchase transaction, entering into a contract, storing a subscription history, and delivering an order.

4 Access to information and documents

These Terms of Use apply to all use of information, software and documents on teca.fi. Information, software, and documentation are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and intellectual property agreements.

5 Intellectual property

The material contained on the Teca.fi site, including all content, information, photographs, illustrations, graphics, names, trademarks and logos, is the property of TECA Oy or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property laws. Site users have the right to browse and view the site. The content of the Teca.fi site may not be altered, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, used, supplemented or otherwise used without the prior written consent of TECA.

Using a TECA name as a reference is permitted, for example, when creating a link to this site. TECA must be notified in advance of such use.

6 User Responsibilities

When entering or using teca.fi, the user is not allowed to:

The Teca.fi site may contain hyperlinks to third party sites. TECA is not responsible for the content of such sites, nor does it suggest or recommend sites or their contents as such. TECA does not control the information on these sites and is not responsible for their content and information. The user is responsible for using the sites themselves.

8 Cookie policy and saving information to the user's computer
